Online or Telephone Service

1:1 from the comfort of your home.

Online or telephone therapy.  Suitable for those that are not able to get to a venue, or for those where the distance is too far to travel.  In our initial consultation, we will discuss privacy for sessions and online safety.  I will send a secure link before the session commences or call via telephone at the allotted time. 

 

 

Walk-and-Talk Therapy

Walk-and-talk therapy is suitable for the perfect blend of gentle exercise and helpful to those who feel anxious, depressed or claustrophobic in room settings.  

 

The benefits are that it boosts endorphins in the body, lifting mood and reducing anxiety. Please contact me to find out more.

HOME COUNSELLING SERVICE

This is a bespoke service for those who are housebound.  I have spent many years working in the community and it is a privilege to be able to offer this service.  I have an advanced DBS check and have undertaken Level 2 and 3 safeguarding.  There is a short assessment to complete before I visit which can be done via telephone or online.  

There is an additional cost to cover travel and time depending on distance and this will be agreed upon before the commencement of working together. 

 

My Fees

 

I offer a free 15 minute consultation to discuss your needs, the therapy approach and the service you would like.  

 

All services are £60 for a 50-minute session.  

 

Home visits are subject to an additional charge of between £10-£30 depending on distance travelled and travelling time.  Areas I cover, are the Eastleigh Borough, Southampton, Winchester, Romsey, and Totton.

 

Limited concessional rates are available subject to criteria.   Please note that I hold a waiting list when these spaces are full.  Please enquire and I will be happy to help.

 

Cancellation policy

 

Anyone missing an appointment without giving a least 48 hours notice of cancellation will be subject to paying the full cost of the session. 

Business Hours

Face-to-face, online or telephone counselling is available between 09.00-21.00 hours.  Home visits are during daylight hours.  Walk and talk service must be completed by dusk.
